Give a little flexibility so that they can organize their lives more.

One way in which a negative environment can be fostered in the workplace is by your employees feeling neglected or taken advantage of. One way in which to combat this is to offer incentives on various projects. This can involve either taking on more responsibility or even getting through the most amount of work. Incentives need to be trackable but don’t have to cost the world. Inspiring competition can be both effective and productive.
