CBD, if you’re a Beginner?

Cannabidiol or CBD, i.e., a Cannabis Sativa plant or the Hemp derivative, is an active component known for its relaxing properties. It relieves anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, chronic pains, and skin issues. It is the second most abundant extract of the plant after THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), a compound used in Marijuana that gives you the high. But, unlike THC, CBD does not get you HIGH! The extracts contain THC levels as low as 0.3%.

How to Consume CBD?

CBD-infused products are flooding the market in several forms. CBD cannot be consumed raw because of its unpleasant flavor. It is available via edibles like gummies, tablets, tinctures, and even brownies; vapes as e-cigarettes and e-liquids; cosmetics like cosmetics lotions, oils, creams, gels, etc. These products cover up the unpleasant taste without impacting its effect. If you are a newbie, it is suggested that you consume CBD only after consulting a physician and acquiring knowledge about the product, such as its types, dosage, brands, healing properties, and what suits you the most! It is similar to a trial and error method, but that doesn’t mean you need to go on some CBD testing spree. Just begin slowly with little quantities, be patient and wait for the results.

What are CBD Vape Pens?

Outside recreational uses, CBD concentrated vapes are available in smoke shops and sometimes even gas stations, stacked against nicotine vapes. CBD vape pens are separate strains that deliver benefits like relief from pain, anxiety, and whatnot! You can buy a disposable/use-and-throw vape pen that can be used for a particular time. Refills and cartridges are also available if you are considering investing in a personal CBD vape kit.
