If your Android is a newer version, you will have to download older YouTube version. After that, you must access the Application Manager and press the clear data button to clear all the app data. Those with root access can use the Move Certs app to add the AdGuard certificate.

AdGuard can only remove all ads on YouTube once the data has been cleared. However, if you have root access, you can automate this process. You can enable root access by checking the pref.root.clear.youtube checkbox in Low-Level Settings in Advanced.
